Alex Boesch
Learning & Development Consultant
Alex Boesch is an educator and leader. He has over ten years of experience designing and cultivating individual and group-level learning opportunities that prompt reflection, dialogue, and team development. In addition to his role with Riverbank, Alex serves as the Intercultural Training Director at Wayne State University. In this capacity, Alex provides vision and leadership to the institution’s strategic goals related to diversity and inclusion. He also provides consultative services for departments and divisions to strengthen a team’s internal culture and climate. His unique approach blends relationship building and skill development to effectively engage across all dimensions of difference and commonality.

Alex is a doctoral student in Eastern Michigan University’s Educational Leadership Ph.D. program. He holds a Master of Education from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago. Alex is also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS).
