Alex Boesch, PhD, is a dedicated educator and leader with over ten years of experience designing learning opportunities that prompt reflection, dialogue, and team development. In addition to his role with Riverbank, Alex serves as the Director of Educational and Strategic Initiatives at Wayne State University.
In his leadership capacity, Alex provides vision for strategic goals related to diversity and inclusion, offering consultative services to departments looking to strengthen their internal culture and climate. His unique approach effectively blends relationship building with skill development to engage teams across all dimensions of difference and commonality.
