Chris White

Principal

The founder of Riverbank, Chris is a renowned thought leader, consultant, coach, facilitator, and educator. He fundamentally believes that workplaces should be vehicles for people to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful outcomes—and he specializes in "unblocking" organizations to achieve better results for everyone involved.

Chris is a recipient of the Aspen Institute’s “Ideas Worth Teaching Award” for excellence in business education. His expertise has been widely featured in leading publications, including:
