Marissa Johnson is an Executive Coach who cuts through the noise to help executives get to the core of their challenges, see different perspectives, and make the changes that matter. A former leadership development designer with a decade of experience developing leaders at Google, she specializes in guiding executives through big roles, expanded scopes, and unforeseen organizational challenges. Marissa builds strong, trusting relationships with her clients across industries by offering the direct, constructive feedback necessary to shift behaviors and increase leadership effectiveness. Driven by the philosophy that individual self-awareness changes results, she designs custom micro-experiments that integrate seamlessly into an executive's existing workload to safely explore new and better ways of working.
Marissa holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Marissa has been certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) since 2015 and is further backed by certifications in Prosci Change Management, the Leadership Circle Profile, and the Integrative Enneagram.
