Rich is a servant leader, advisor, and philanthropist. For 25 years, he led American Innovations, a provider of solutions helping the oil and gas industry comply with regulations and operate safely. Alongside a team of engaged colleagues, Rich steered the company through significant growth and complex challenges, fostering a passion for positive business practices that create thriving organizations and a better society.

Since 2003, Rich has been a dedicated supporter of Creative Action, an Austin nonprofit delivering interactive theatre programs to Central Texas youth. He is also a founder of the Austin Together Fund, which encourages strategic collaborations among nonprofits.
Rich values time with his wife, Anne, and daughters, Marina and Samantha—especially when it involves travel, music, wine, or staying active through biking and hiking.
